  • Maintain good hygiene and arrive neat and presentable.

Strict Boundaries & Safety

  • Maintain a zero physical contact policy.
  • Teach only in open spaces designated by parents.
  • Keep conversations strictly academic.

App & Work Discipline

  • Arrive exactly at the scheduled time.
  • Always Check-In and Check-Out through the app.
  • Never accept off-app payments.

Parent Code of Conduct

Help create a respectful learning environment.

Respect & Communication

  • Treat tutors with courtesy and respect.
  • Never assign household chores or errands.
  • Respect tutors' privacy and personal time.

Environment & Routine

  • Provide a quiet and safe study area.
  • An adult family member should remain home.
  • Keep books and study material ready.

Financial Fairness

  • Negotiate respectfully.
  • Accept custom offers promptly.
  • Use only Ustaad in-app payments.
